DesiDrip – Return & Refund Policy

At DesiDrip, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel inspired by desi culture and modern style. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Customized or made-to-order products

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at akash.ag9894@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if preferred)
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or defective products
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos for quick resolution
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless:
    • Product is defective
    • Wrong item was delivered
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
